01

Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We revise these terms from time to time. The date above records the most recent revision, and the version published here is the one that applies.

02

Who we are

Ridgeline Restoration provides water, fire, smoke, storm, mold and reconstruction services to residential and commercial properties in Asheville, NC and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities.

Our address, phone number and email appear at the foot of every page.

03

Using this website

You may browse the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and contact us about restoration work.

You may not copy the design, written content or photography for commercial use, interfere with the operation of the site, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

04

Requests, estimates and scope

Sending a form or calling us begins a conversation. It does not create a service agreement and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Any figure discussed before an on-site assessment is indicative only. Scope, schedule and price are confirmed in a written agreement after a technician has inspected the property, and may be revised if concealed damage is uncovered once work begins.

05

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service and messages sent through it are not monitored continuously.

If there is a fire, a gas leak, a structural collapse, a live electrical hazard, or any immediate risk to life or health, call 911 first. Contact us once the property is safe to enter.

06

Insurance claims

We can document damage, record moisture readings and prepare scope information to support a claim, and we will work alongside your adjuster where you ask us to.

We do not determine coverage, adjust claims, or guarantee that an insurer will approve any part of the work. Coverage decisions rest with your carrier and are governed by your policy.

07

Content and intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Descriptions of completed work are illustrative, are published with the property owner’s permission, and may be edited for privacy. They describe what was done in that case and are not a promise of a particular result in yours.

08

Third-party links

Where we link to other organizations — insurers, trade bodies, suppliers or social platforms — we do not control their content or how they handle your information, and we are not responsible for either. Their terms and privacy notices apply on their sites.

09

Liability

We take care to keep the information here accurate and current, but the site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and guidance published here is general information rather than advice about your specific property.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. The state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
